Thelma Konnéus

Thelma is our Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hammer & Hanborg.

 

She has previously worked as a weight-training instructor, care assistant, educational coordinator, and administrator. Thelma has studied a Bachelor of Arts in Study and Career Guidance at Malmö University, and right before joining us at Hammer & Hanborg, she worked with internal recruiting at Moderna Försäkringar.

 

In Thelma’s daily work, she contacts job-seeking and passive candidates within marketing and communication. She spends much time finding the right candidate for the correct position. Sometimes there is a lack of a specific type of competence; this is where she comes in with a creative mindset to find what she is looking for.

 

As a person, Thelma is social and loves working close to her colleagues and socializing with candidates. She is also a good listener.

 

When Thelma isn’t at work, you can find her in the gym or the boxing ring. She also has a big hobby of collecting porcelain eggs and has a collection of around 50 eggs in her home.
