It's about training both yourself, the group and the organization in emotional intelligence.

One of the leading motivational theories today, Self Determination Theory, says that we humans need three things in order for us to know motivation and commitment. We need to (1) understand the purpose of what we are doing, (2) experience a development that is moving forward and last but not least (3) being able to rely on our self-government. If we do not have these three things, in combination and in balance, we will find it very difficult to feel the inner motivation that is the engine for our commitment.
