We will set up a program suited for you in order to support you in building a feedback culture. The program to implement feedback usually has one starting workshop 2-4 hours, continuing with follow up – workshops 1-2 hours that can be repeated once or more per month in 3-12 months. The size and starting point of the organization is considered. An important part of the work is also done in between the workshops, to create new behaviours and routines of giving and receiving feedback. You will see the payoff coming.

The plan is including what it takes from your starting point to build a feedback culture. The way of performing the analysis is with a specially designed questionnaire that Amanda developed. It is best to ask in person (or digitally), different employees, preferably one from each department and at different levels in the organisation.

With the purpose of fulfilling your values, vision, and goals and with the information from your employees, a plan is created for how you best merge into a feedback culture. In the big picture what to consider and what steps are needed. The plan is presented to you and if needed it is adjusted according to agreement.
