Feed Forward – The Art of Building feedback culture that empowers others and builds trust!

Feedback is a word we use every day in teams and organizations - but what do we mean when we talk about feedback? Is it coaching? Is it data? Is it a difficult conversation?

During this interactive session, we will look at the different layers of feedback and how leaders can use it to motivate their teams to Feed Forward to increase trust productivity and innovation, and why permission is the critical tool for creating a highly engaged feedback culture.

Podcast: Future of professional life

This podcast is for those who are interested in communication, digitization, leadership, and organizational development. We talk about trends, methods, commitment and why it is so damn important that working life is adapted to how we humans work instead of the other way around.

The conditions for how we work are radically changed. Digitization not only affects where, when and how we work but also creates completely new roles while old ones disappear. In the center are the people and organizations. Where does it end? We do not know. The only thing we know is that everything will continue to change. We think this is super exciting! Actually so exciting that we have made it our mission to create the professional life of the future. Join us and get in touch if you have any thoughts or concerns at podd@hammerhanborg.com
