What the professional lives of the future will need

Working life has always been in development and followed the general development of society. In many parts of the world, we have come a long way in our journey towards a working life based on freedom, flexibility and trust. It becomes clear when you look back at the first wave of industrialism, where all the organizational challenges were solved through control. Then it was mostly about making sure everyone was in the right place and did exactly as they were told to do. But it is no longer enough! In the professional lives of the future, we need fast organizations, full of motivated employees who have a high degree of change and innovation.

Therefore, it is high time for us to leave what has already dusted for quite a while with the 10's and make room for more fruitful methods.

We leave in the 2010s:

  • Chief
  • Department
  • Silo
  • Hierarchy
  • Top-down
  • Rules-controlled employees
  • Short-term solutions
  • Cv
  • Waterfall model
  • Standardized working life

We are bringing in 2020:

  • Leader
  • TeamCross-functional team
  • Flat structures
  • Bottom-Up
  • Challenging employees
  • Sustainability
  • Potential
  • Agile
  • Personalized working life
