In May I joined Hammer & Hanborg and it feels fantastic. What is it that is so great then, besides nice colleagues?

It’s the Hammer & Hanborg's ambition to be a part of the future professional life! The company's curiosity and courage to think new and to live as they learn. It's inspiring! The basis for our professional life are changing. Digitization and technology development are changing industry by industry. In the middle we have people and our organizations. I look forward to talking about this with our customers and to help them secure competence for the future.

The road to Hammer & Hanborg has been not been a straight one! From psychology studies in Lund via the finance industry in London and Stockholm and then to SHL. SHL provides tools for personality assessment tools to identify and match employees and roles. And it was as a client executive at SHL I met Hammer & Hanborg for the first time. And now I'm here. Really excited!
