Learning organization, what is it, and why is it important? The knowledge within the company is the most valuable asset. And one way to maintain this competitive advantage is to manage, organize and create more of it.

This breakfast workshop is an opportunity to explore learning and knowledge at work. We will map possibilities, identify development areas, draw conclusions and outline directions. For 2 hours, you will get access to research and methods, and actively participate in the workshop.
