The mission for the Learning editorial & production studio is to work with key stakeholders to support training solutions to support business activities. Our team will be a mix of scriptwriters, video producers and project managers with a shared mission: we make education approachable and engaging, and we care obsessively about our results. In close collaboration with our learning technology specialist and business content owners, we strive to create effective, user-centric online trainings that moves beyond digital substitution.
We're now looking to reinforce H&M's team with a digital learning producer. This is an excellent opportunity for you who love to be creative and producing new stories to spread information and inspire trough stories! This role is a consulting role where you will be hired by Hammer & Hanborg and work at H&M.
About the role
As the Learning Producer your focused on video production.
You will create and manage content in different formats and output channels. You will primarily work with video projects such as creating films within learning by conducting and filming interviews, work tasks and seminars. You will also dedicate your time on other assignments connected within learning, such as producing E-learnings and scriptwriting, depending on your skills. You will have an opportunity to suggest and drive new video initiatives, and to work on diverse assignments and further develop skills in new areas.
Your main responsibilities are to drive the development of video content, contribute content for H&M.
• Produce learning and information material for target groups within H&M Brand
• Manage, produce and maintain online training (videos, e-learning etc), digital material and information modules
• Assist in designing, developing and delivery of Learning & Development programs and/or development tools
• Support in the design and implementation of technical initiatives within learning
• Develop and maintain knowledge of videos and learning technologies within the digital producing area
You will also be involved in:
• Support in conceptualizing learning initiatives
• Support in script writing and conceptualizing storyboards
Experience and skills
You are experienced and passionate about learning content and have great filming and video editing skills. You probably have a communications background and can lead a work process that requires input and review from multiple parties.
You have demonstrated experience in video productions, including video scripting, filming and editing. You are comfortable working with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere.
To be successful in this role you have to be good at prioritizing. A positive and non-prestigious attitude is also key, as is accuracy and attention to detail.
You have the ability to tailor messages for different audiences. You have great project- and time-management skills with the ability to work on several projects and meet deadlines. We think that you are a team player with a creative mindset that enjoys working in an international setting.
Work load: This gig is around 60-100%, starting asap for approx. 6 months.
Working language: You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and have strong writing skills.
