Lotta Köhler

Lotta is Chief Commercial Officer, CCO and Managing Recruitment Consultant at Hammer & Hanborg by Jurek. She works with clients and candidates, helping them with recruiting- and consulting solutions.

 

Previously, Lotta worked as Head of Business Unit Marketing and Communications at Jurek. Before that, she had her own business, Sense Talents AB. She has had many leading roles in marketing, business development, PR, and communications. Lotta has a degree in Marketing Communications from Bergh’s School of Communication and is a certified coach within NLP.

 

Lotta is passionate about questions regarding engagement, culture, motivation, leadership, and organizational development. Being able to be part of developing organizations, and helping people find new opportunities in their professional lives, is very meaningful. Over the years, Lotta has helped many clients and candidates find the right match. Lotta is also part of Hammer & Hanborg by Jurek’s management team.

 

Her spare time is spent with family in Skåne or Stockholm’s archipelago. Lotta is also interested in outdoor life, yoga, and western riding.
