She has previously studied marketing and has a degree in political science. Cajsa has studied and worked in Sweden, Great Britain, and the US.

 

Cajsa has 15 years of experience as head of marketing in companies with solid brands, focusing on e-commerce. In her previous roles, she was responsible for managing departments, working with strategy, business development, and innovation. She has worked with developing in-house agencies and digital marketing departments. She has also been part of management teams, worked closely with selling organizations, and has experience in B2B and B2C.

 

With her broad experience as a marketing manager, she has good knowledge about these roles and competencies needed to be successful. Cajsa knows about the roles’ processes and can contribute with her own knowledge for the best match possible. She is constantly updated about technology, media, and new trends, to be able to find the perfect match between client and candidate that will last over time.

 

In her spare time, she enjoys walking her dog by her country house in Roslagen. She also gains energy in cheering for her kids when they play basketball or perform at dance shows.
